We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Her Structured Empire, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both the Lifetime plan and your most recent monthly subscription charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders.

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Or email us directly at hello@herstructuredempire.com and we will assist you.

Refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account page. Your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
